This case involves Defendants’.efforts to collect debts owed by Plaintiff Martha McNair. She claims that Defendants’ actions violated numerous provisions of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”). The parties have filed cross motions for summary judgment (Docs. 80, 100) and the Court heard oral arguments on September 18, 2015 (Doc. 123).' The Court will deny Plaintiffs motion and grant Defendants’ motion in part.1
