The parties will be. referred to as they appeared in the .trial' court, where the Hayes Equipment Manufacturing Company, a corporation, as plaintiff," sued the Gibson Oil Company et al. to recover- on a supersedeas bond. That bond was given 'in a replevin action. The plaintiff had recovered judgment against one of the defendants in a replevin action for the recovery of certain pumps or their value in the sum of $900.
