In this action, the Securities and Exchange Commission charges that the nineteen defendants illegally manipulated the price of Conrac Corporation common stock.
One of the defendants, Bank De L’Union Europeenne En Suisse S. A. (Bank Union) moves for an order dismissing the action against it on the grounds that the court lacks personal jurisdiction over it.
