Memorandum Opinion

Before the Court are the Objections of the Chapter 13 trustee (the “Trustee”) to the Chapter 13 plans proffered by debtor Vanessa Miles (“Miles”), Case. No. 07-14495 and joint debtors Brian and Ann Beal (the “Beals”), Case No. 08-10357. The Objections raise a common ground for urging the Court to deny confirmation of these plans. 1 Both plans provide that the Debtors shall make all payments under their respective plans to a secured creditor directly rather than to the Trustee for distribution to those creditors.
