ORDER AND JUDGMENT DENYING COMPLAINT FOR PERMANENT INJUNCTION

This matter came before the Court on the trial of the complaint of The Travelers Indemnity Company of Illinois, Inc. and Crawford & Company, Inc. for a permanent injunction. The Court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334 and 157 and the Order of Reference of the District Court.
