In this civil action for monetary relief, plaintiff Terri Beal contends that defendant Wyndham Vacation Resorts, Inc. violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, the Wisconsin Consumer Act, Wis. Stat. §§ 427-428, and Wisconsin common law in attempting to collect a debt that plaintiff owed defendant for the purchase of timeshare points.
