This matter is back before the Court, this time on motions by the defendants to enjoin a state court action brought by the plaintiffs in this case against the attorneys for the defendants in this case. The lawsuit alleges misconduct under various state law theories of liability. It is not clear from the defendants’ motion if they seek an injunction directed to the state court, the plaintiffs, or both. That matters not at present, however.
