The circuit court granted summary judgment to the defendants, American Family Mutual Insurance Company and their insured, Nancy L. Seefeldt (collectively referred to as Ms. Seefeldt), against the plaintiffs, Colleen Pawlowski and her husband, Thomas Pawlowski.
