The merchandise here, which for convenience will be hereinafter referred to as samples, consists of pasteboard books, folders, and *375cards, within, upon, or attached to which are small pieces of textile fabrics, yarns, etc., in various colors, which illustrate the coloring' results produced by the use, in a certain manner and under certain conditions, of dyes made by Badische Anilin- & Soda-Fabrik, Lud-wigshafen on the Ehine, Germany.
