Pursuant to Code § 8.01-581.016, this case is an interlocutory appeal from an order denying an application to compel arbitration. Because we conclude that the specific controversy alleged in a motion for judgment is covered by an arbitration clause in a limited partnership agreement, we will reverse the judgment of the circuit court.
