Plaintiff, Corrections U.S.A. (“CUSA”), filed this action on July 20, 2010, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, against the following Defendants: Donald McNany, individually and as President of Pennsylvania State Corrections Officers Association (“PSCOA”); Sam Brezler, individually and as Seeretary/Treasurer of PSCOA; and John Miller, individually and as Business Agent of PSCOA.
