In this negligence action, the trial court granted defendant’s motion for summary judgment, finding that plaintiffs had failed to establish the existence of a duty. We affirm.
Defendant William Crider asked his son, plaintiff Bobby Joe Crider (Bobby Joe), to help trim a tree located on defendant’s property. Defendant had considerable experience in trimming trees, but Bobby Joe had none.
