Plaintiff, Wilma Jean Dinkins, acting individually and as administrator of the estate of her late husband, Lee Roy Dinkins, sued Carl Ebbersten (defendant) and Central Illinois Light Company (CILCO) after plaintiff’s husband was electrocuted while working on defendant’s farm. Plaintiff’s complaint consisted of seven counts, with the first four counts directed at defendant and the latter three at CILCO.
