Appellees filed a bill in the circuit court of Cook county to construe the will of Louisa G. Bigelow, upon which the court entered a decree April 6, 1920, finding the shares of the testatrix’s three grandchildren which should be distributed by the trustee, the Northern Trust Company. Upon the failure of the trustee to carry out that decree the present proceeding was started April 23, 1920, in the circuit court of Cook county, asking the court to put into immediate effect the prior decree.
