This was an action by David W. LaEollette, administrator of the estate of William Stevenson, deceased, with the will annexed, against Leonidas Stout, *366administrator of the estate of Benjamin F. Stout, deceased, and Lyman S. Davis, sheriff’ of Floyd county.
