DUBINA, Circuit Judge:

Appellants, Darryl Sinkfield, et al. (“Sink-field”), representatives of a class consisting of all African-American citizens of Alabama, appeal the district court’s judgment enjoining them from proceeding with congressional redistricting claims filed in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama. We affirm.
