The relator is deprived of his liberty by the sheriff of Orange county, by virtue of a warrant in due form, which recites an indictment charging the relator with *254the crime of “ bringing stolen goods into the State, Grand Larceny, 1st Degree,” committed in said county. The return shows that the relator is detained by virtue of said warrant. In the traverse it is alleged inter alia, that the warrant is void and illegal in violation of rights guaranteed the relator by the Fifth Amendment to the Federal Constitution, by section 6 of article 1 of the State Constitution,…
