The judgment in this case was affirmed on December 6, 1919 (105 Kan. 732), and on the 11th day of February, 1920, defendant’s motion for a rehearing was denied. Upon application, permission to file a second motion for rehearing on certain propositions was allowed. The existence of a partnership between the parties and the extent of the business and property included in the partnership were fully considered and determined in the first hearing, and require no further attention.
