This matter is before the court upon Defendant Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company’s (“Defendant” or “Nationwide”) Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons set forth herein, the court grants Defendant’s motion.
BACKGROUND
The facts of this case, considered in the light most favorable to Plaintiff, are as follows:
