In three separate motions, the plaintiff Sam J. Alberts, trustee for the DCHC Liquidating Trust (the “Trust”), seeks to exclude the following evidence proffered by the defendants HCA Inc. (“HCA”) and Galen Hospital Illinois, Inc.
