WIENER, Circuit Judge:
In this bankruptcy case, Appellant/Cross-Appellee Ferdie J. Gaudet (Gaudet) appeals the judgment of the district court that affirmed the bankruptcy court’s decision holding that (1) a counter letter and an act of sale and addendum by Gaudet’s daughter, co-debtor Janet Gaudet Zedda (Janet), to Gau-det were fraudulent transfers, avoidable by the bankruptcy trustee Wilbur J. Babin (Trustee) under 11 U.S.C. § 548(a)(2), and (2) the fraudulently transferred property belongs to the bankrupt estate and is thus subject to administration by the Trustee.
