This matter revolves around the events leading up to and culminating in a two day mediation conference at which Sizzler Restaurants International, Inc. (“Sizzler”) paid $4,175,000 to settle litigation between itself, FBN Food Services, Inc. (“FBN”) and Midwest Restaurant Concepts, Inc. (“MRC”).
