Ijn this appeal, which follows an action for a deficiency judgment coming after the judicial sale of property through executory process, appellant, Douglas Schmidt, appeals the trial court’s ruling that granted an exception of no cause of action filed by appellees, Whitney Bank, Ted Pender and Clay LeGros, dismissing his reconventional demands, as well as the trial court’s ruling that granted summary judgment on the principal demand in favor of Whitney Bank.
