DORSEY, District Judge.

Plaintiff sues under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 alleging deprivation of her rights under the United States Constitution. Defendants move to dismiss.

Facts alleged in the complaint are assumed for purposes of a motion to dismiss. Plaintiff alleges that Conn.Gen.Stat. § 51-88/ forbidding the unauthorized practice of law, violates the First Amendment, freedom of speech, and the Fourteenth Amendment, equal protection and due process.
