In this adversary proceeding the Plaintiff Jan S. Ostrovsky, United States Trustee, seeks an injunction against the Defendant Connie L. Monroe (“Monroe”), permanently prohibiting Monroe from assisting any person with the preparation and filing of any document or pleading in this Court, and from engaging in the unauthorized practice of law.
