Edward Berlin and wife own four lots located at the southeast corner of east Eighty-fifth street and Thirty-second avenue northeast in the city of Seattle. Under the provisions of the 1923 general zoning ordinance of the city of Seattle, that property was placed in the classification and designated as a first residence district. By amendatory ordinance passed November 12, 1929, and effective December 21, 1929, the property of the Berlins was changed to the classification known as business district.
