There is before the court the motion of Erie Manufacturing Company, a third-party defendant, to quash the service and dismiss the third-party complaint against it. Initially Waukesha Building Corporation, an Arkansas corporation which owns and operates the Aristocrat Motor Inn of Hot Springs, Arkansas, commenced action against the general contractor, P. W. Jameson Company, a Tennessee company, for alleged defective construction of the Aristocrat Motor Inn.
