The plaintiff was an employe of the defendant at its coal chute, and was struck and injured by one of the passenger trains of the company while engaged in this service. The coal chute is located about 200 feet south of the street crossing by the main tracks which are up grade and on a straight line from the crossing to the coal chute. The first main line track is known as the southbound track and is about six or eight feet distant from and east of the coal chute.
