ORDER

In this diversity case, Carol Sitlington appeals from the denial of her emergency motion to intervene and her motion for modification of a turnover order issued against certain assets in which she claims to have an interest.

Carol Sitlington’s husband, James Robert Sitlington III, was a broker for Bear Stearns. After the firm learned that he converted $1 .75 million from its customers, it filed the present civil case against Sitlington based on this conversion.
