DECISION

MILES, Judge:

Contrary to his pleas, accused was convicted of willful destruction of government property, larceny and issuing bad checks, violations of Articles 108, 121 and 123a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 908, 921, 923a. The approved sentence extends to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for three years, forfeiture of $275.00 per month lor six months, a fine of $5,000.00 or in lieu thereof an additional two years of confinement at hard labor, and reduction to airman basic.1
