Plaintiff Juanishia Lee, acting on behalf of her minor child, J.K., seeks an award of attorneys' fees and costs under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA") for her counsel's successful representation of J.K. during administrative proceedings and in the instant litigation. Plaintiff contends that she is entitled to $103,097.75 in fees and costs.
