This case returns to the Court for reconsideration of the reasonable attorneys’ fees and litigation costs the plaintiff, Wilma Eley, is entitled to recover after prevailing on her claim that the District of Columbia denied her child a free and appropriate public education (“FAPE”), in violation of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq.
