OPINION

SILER, Circuit Judge.

John Gray was found guilty of depriving the rights of Carlton Benton under color of law in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242, and of falsifying documents in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1519. Gray appeals this decision on the grounds of inadequate jury instruc tions, inappropriately applied sentencing enhancements, and insufficient evidence to establish a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 242. For the reasons that follow, the decision of the district court is AFFIRMED.
