DANA, Justice.

The City of Portland appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Bradford, J.) denying its motion to dismiss the third-party complaint on the ground of sovereign immunity pursuant to the Maine Tort Claims Act, 14 M.R.S.A. §§ 8101-8118 (1980 & Supp.1994). J.R.M, Inc., et al. (the Owners) move, pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 75B(e), to dismiss the City’s appeal contending that the order appealed from is not a final judgment. We deny the Owners’ motion to dismiss the appeal, vacate the order denying the City’s motion to dismiss the third-party complaint, and remand for…
