*458 {¶ 1} In this original action, relators, the Greene County Board of Commissioners ("the board") and Greene County, seek a writ prohibiting a common-pleas-court *459 judge from enforcing his orders concerning the control of Courtroom 3 in the Greene County Courthouse.
