Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Mathews, J.), rendered September 26, 2005, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of burglary in the third degree and harassment in the second degree.
On January 12, 2005, the victim discovered defendant “frantically pawing” through her desk drawer and a bag containing her personal effects in her office at the Broome Developmental Center in the Town of Dickinson, Broome County.
