MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RUFE, District Judge.

This is a declaratory-judgment action in which the parties seek clarification of coverage under conflicting insurance-policy-contract provisions related to an automobile accident. Presently before the Court are Plaintiffs and Defendant’s Cross-Motions for Summary Judgment, each seeking a determination that the other party’s policy must provide primary coverage.
