In this equitable action the circuit court decreed specific performance of a contract for the sale of land, and the de*604fendant has appealed. The plaintiff is a physician, and the contract was prepared and executed in his medical office on August 19, 1965. The defendant had been plaintiff’s patient for a number of years.
