This matter is before the court on the motion of Mid-Continent Racing and Gaming Company I, Mid-Continent Racing and Gaming Company II, Mid-Continent Racing and Gaming Company III, Bank Midwest, N.A., and FCLT Loans, L.P., (collectively the “Creditor Group” or “Appellants”) for leave to appeal an order of the bankruptcy court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 158(a)(3).
