This is an appeal from an order of the probate court adjudging a premarital settlement agreement invalid, holding an apartment house on Church Street in San Francisco, the chief asset of the estate, to be community property, and setting it apart as a probate homestead for the widow, the respondent, Lorraine Nelson. The appellant, Evelyn King, a sister of the deceased, contends that the evidence does not support the trial court’s determinations.
