This appeal involves primarily the enforceability and construction of an oral contract to purchase a one-third interest and become a partner in a partnership of practicing accountants in Dorchester County.

Robert C. Wilson, the appellee and a certified public accountant, and Vernon Robbins, a member of the Maryland Bar and also a certified public accountant, formed a partnership in June, 1956, as an accounting firm under the name of Robbins and Wilson.
