LAWSON, Justice.

We granted certiorari to review the opinion and judgment of the Court of Appeals in the case of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company v. Manasco.

We have gone to the record for a more complete understanding of the question treated in the opinion of the Court of Appeals, which we have the right to do where there is no dispute about the facts.
