This is an appeal from a judgment rendered July 6, 1928, in a suit numbered 73991-A filed April 13, 1928, by appellee Stewart against appellant White and appellee J. W. Crotty, in the nature of a bill of review to set aside a judgment of dismissal entered January 13, 1928, in a suit numbered 71911-A, filed November 28, 1927, by appel-lee Stewart against said White and Crotty, and to recover on a judgment obtained against them on October 12,1915, in cause No. 20333-B, styled R.
