This case is before us' on writ of error to review the judgment of ouster in quo warranto proceedings. The proceedings were filed by the Attorney General and certain co-relators seeking to oust Wallace Tervin and V. H. Osborn from exercising the powers of a public corporation under the name of Bishop’s Harbor Drainage District in the County of Manatee, Florida.
