Nelson, J.

On February 3, 1933, Henry J. Steinburg, Sr., hereafter called the deceased, was a little past sixty-seven years of age. For thirty-five years he had been engaged in the plumbing business at which he had worked steadily. According to the testimony of his son, the deceased was a man above the average intelligence, was in good health at the time of his injury with the exception of “rheumatics.” His arms were in good condition, he had a healthy appearance as you looked at him, his body appeared to be all right except that he walked a…
