GUTHRIE, Justice.

Appellant herein asks this court to reverse and set aside a jury verdict and judgment in favor of appellee for injuries suffered in an automobile accident on November 3, 1970, in Casper, Wyoming.

The factual situation is simple. At approximately 5 p. m. on the day of the accident appellee, plaintiff below, was going to the Holiday Inn, where she was employed. She was coming from the western part of Casper and was driving easterly upon the service road, which is immediately north of Interstate Highway 25.
