ORDER

CARRIGAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Hanley, Blair, Dietrich, Scott, Patrone, Bova, Dini, Hodgers, and South-wick, commenced this action for themselves and on behalf of a purported class consisting of all persons employed as flight at tendants by Continental Airlines, Inc. (“Continental”) prior to October 15, 1986. They allege two claims for relief against Continental and the Union of Flight Attendants (the “Union”). Jurisdiction is asserted under 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1337(a).
