This is an appeal from an order of the trial court granting the motion for summary judgment of plaintiff, Margit Siegler, appellee herein, in a forcible entry and detainer action. Plaintiff filed separate complaints against defendants, Lee Batdorff and Kim Dowling, appellants herein, for forcible entry and detainer in Cleveland Heights Municipal Court on May 16, 1978.
