The plaintiff filed an action to foreclose upon a mortgage on August 24, 1972. The plaintiff named several defendants who had various liens on the real estate, in addition to the mortgagor who wás allegedly in default on her payments. The appellant filed her answer and counterclaim on November 21, 1972.
