The Collin County District Attorney’s Office (the District Attorney) appeals the trial court’s judgment granting appellee Hayden Selby Fourrier’s petition for ex-punction of criminal records related to his arrest for theft. In two issues, the District Attorney asserts the trial court erred by granting expunction because (1) Fourrier produced no evidence in support of his petition for expunction, and (2) expunction was not available to Fourrier since he served community supervision for an of-, fense arising out of the arrest he sought to expunge.
